Our one-bedroom has a great layout offering a cozy dining area next to the kitchen, and a large living room with access to your private patio & outdoor storage. Upstairs units offer a nice wood-burning fireplace & vaulted ceiling. Downstairs apartments do not have a fireplace, but in return you get a lot more space in the living room making space for more furniture options! There is also great lighting in our 1 bedroom thanks to the large bedroom window, sliding glass door in the living room, and kitchen window which is also great for extra ventilation when you are cooking! Along with a large vanity, you have a large walk-in closet, plus a full-size washer and dryer. You will love the layout of your new apartment!
Our two-bedroom one-bath apartments have a great open floor plan that offers lots of light and airflow for those awesome summer days. Upstairs units offer a nice wood-burning fireplace in your living room along with a vaulted ceiling. The downstairs units do not have a fireplace, but in return, you get a lot more living room space and more options for your furniture! The open floor plan allows for a more spacious living room and dining room area with two entry points to the patio via a sliding door in the living room and an additional door in the kitchen, which opens to your private patio area. This floor plan does have one larger room but both rooms have their own vanity and walk-in closets. The bathroom is accessible by both rooms and is very spacious. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer!
This two-bedroom floor plan is a great option for those that are wanting a bit more privacy! When you first walk in you enter the kitchen that has a nice breakfast bar that separates it from the living room and dining area.
