Deposits & Fees: A non-refundable application fee of $75 per person is required. The standard deposit is $1,000, with $750 refundable. For those with pets, a pet deposit of $1,000 is required, of which $750 is refundable. Please inquire for more detailed pet information.

Application Requirements: Applicants must demonstrate an income of at least 3x the monthly rent or have a cosigner with an income of 5x the monthly rent. A minimum credit score of 680 is required for all applicants, or a cosigner may be utilized. Additionally, a good background check is required for all applicants.
